Couples Therapy:
Whether you're feeling stuck in painful cycles, facing significant challenges, or seeking to strengthen an already strong bond, couples therapy can help you build a more meaningful, joyful partnership. For some couples, the decision to begin therapy may feel like a last resort, or there may be fear that the relationship is beyond repair. Others may worry about the amount of help they need or what it means to take this step. I deeply respect the courage it takes to seek support in these moments. My role is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore these feelings and work collaboratively toward clarity, healing, and transformation—whatever shape that may take. With years of experience as a couples therapist, I have had the privilege of learning from prominent figures in the field and integrating their insights into my practice. This work remains a passion of mine, and I am committed to helping couples discover renewed connection, growth, and vitality in their relationships.
What we will do:
I have seen the most profound success with my use of a foundation of Imago Couples Therapy. It offers a structured, compassionate approach to help couples understand and transform the dynamics in their relationship. Through Imago therapy, you and your partner will explore how early experiences influence current patterns of connection and conflict. Together, you'll learn effective communication techniques, deepen empathy, and create a safe space to express needs and desires. The goal isn't only to resolve conflicts but also to foster a more conscious, loving relationship where both partners feel heard, valued, and supported.
Sex Therapy:
In order to address complex sexual problems, I use an approach called Narrative Relational Sex Therapy (NRST). It helps individuals or coupled people understand the complex interrelationship between personal, social, cultural and familial sexual narratives in order to provide insight into conflicts and remove their deepest obstacles to sexual satisfaction. We identify the narratives we are aware of as well as the ones we keep secret even from ourselves.
